Hello! We’re Lee and Kim Rennie, the husband and wife founders of Melu.

We started Melu in 2018, after realising we could achieve greater results for businesses through live chat rather than by building awesome websites.

Quickly discovering, it doesn’t matter how pretty or how well your site functions – the people visiting it will always need assistance, questions answered or just a friendly person to chat to, so that they come away satisfied with their overall website experience.

I’m Lee, I ran my own web design business for 17 years, juggling a great love of creativity with my inner tech nerdery. They weren’t always the easiest combination to manage, but they make a mean alliance when it comes to building a live chat business!

I’m Kim, an IT specialist with over 20 years’ experience in IT training, project management, system implementation and fronting SEO teams. It’s been a great journey with Melu seeing clients get leads worth hundreds and thousands of pounds of business at say, 11 o’clock at night! That’s the beauty of live chat!

Loves: Horses and walking our Labrador, Lily, in the countryside!
