When we get the visitors details via live chat, this is raised as a lead, which is emailed to you and added to your Senta CRM. You can also see it in your Melu client portal.

If the chat is just someone asking questions and we don’t get their details, it’s just added to your Melu client portal.

If a visitor asks a question or has a request that’s not in your FAQs, we’ll take their details so you can confirm. We’ll add the new question to the FAQs and let you know so you can add an answer for us to use if that same question comes up again. Your FAQs get better over time!
