** A raised conversation is a where the prospect has an interest in your products/services when they message you. We don’t count irrelevant conversations, for example, when they are trying to sell their services to you or are looking for a job within your company. A single conversation can have unlimited messages between us and them from start to finish, with no time limit or other restrictions.
*** A paid account may be required to utilise webhooks in Zapier, Make and IFTTT.
Pricing is based on the volume of raised conversations you are projected to receive each month. If you are already using one of the channels we cover, we can calculate the price from that. If not, the free trial period (Live Chat and Facebook Messenger) or first month (WhatsApp) will allow us to work out whether you’ll be on our standard price or a bespoke price.

Our standard price for Live Chat and Facebook Messenger after the free trial period is £249 + vat per month. This allows for up to 50 raised conversations and 24/7 coverage. The free trial allows you to receive unlimited conversations.
We offer a free 14-day trial for both Live Chat and Facebook, so you can test is out first without committing to any payment.
For WhatsApp, we don’t offer a trial, so the 1st month is charged at £249 + vat. This covers set-up and unlimited conversations.
After your first month, you’ll be charged based on the volume of conversations we handled during your first month.
You can request a quote if you think you will receive more than 50 raised conversations per month.

Yes you can! We offer a rolling monthly contract, with each month paid in advance. If you don’t wish to continue using Melu, simply email us here – [email protected] – and we won’t invoice you again. You will still be able to use Melu up until the next invoice would have been due. After this, we’ll disable Melu and our team will no longer receive your messages.
